Which & Why? Post two images, have the audience choose which is best, provided they explain why?

Default Extended Night Portrait
These are two different night portraits done with about 2 1/2 min exposures. I was wondering which one more visually interesting

I Like The Composition In number One.It Seems to Tell A Story. Fore ground Image Could be Corrected in photo shop so it is not so washed out.Number Two Should Have The Bottom Croped In To A Horrizontal to Draw Your Attention to The Action.
I Send All Film For Scaning To Digital To Millers Photo Lab in Pittsburg Ks.
