Default A Black & White Conversion

I took this photo last weekend of my lovely model Sarah. I thought I would try a B&W conversion. What do you think?

I Like it Very Much,Both Color And B And W.I Would ,However Take Out The Dress Strap Shadow With Photo Shop.
I Really Like The Personality Portrail!!

Both very nice!

My only minor complaint would be the lose of detail in the upper right of the B&W version.

That is due to the spot lighting effect from the upper right to the lower left ofthe photo.
