IE Stability Problem when CS3 &/or Bridge Operating?

Please go to your forum "home" (see link top menu between yellow brackets [My Home -- Profile] then go to "Edit Details" <<<click link is faster, then scroll in the "Registration Required Information - All fields are required." box (the first box of info) down toward the bottom and select your "Country Flag" and "State/Region Flag" boxes so they will show in your posts and future locations. IE Stability Problem when CS3 &/or Bridge Operating?

I just loaded CS3 and Bridge on my computer about a month ago and have noticed that when I am running these program and have Explorer (I believe it is IE7.) running, the web pages shake up and down and the only way to stop it is to close them. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix?
