I'm not sure if this is the right plase to post this, or if I am even doing it right, but here goes.

I would love some opinions on how I might improve this shot and post work.

I like the concept, but I think it can be improved with a few changes. Firstly, the edges of the reflection are too hard and too flat. If you think about how a reflection should bend around a sphere, it shouldn't look like a cutout. Secondly, too much of the pupil is showing through the reflection or perhaps it's just in an unfortunate place. You might try moving the model to one side of the pupil. Finally, the crop is overly tight on the eye, I'd prefer to see all of the eye in the shot.

Again, good to see a different concept posted. Kudos!

For me she needs her eyelashes....the relecton is there but they are conspicuously absent.
