The pet I would like ... and those I have

Actually, a Geoffroy's tufted-eared marmoset photographed at Chester Zoo, UK.

My actual pets are a couple of dogs, both acquired from a rescue home (The Dogs Trust). One only a few weeks ago and I have yet to take a decent photo. This was a quick snap taken on a familiarisation visit:

The other we acquired a couple of years ago:

and I should probably mention that the rest of the family are into cats. There were three but two have died of congenital diseases. Here is one of them:
