A great subject. He looks very patient. I like the photos in general and specifically #1. The blue baby blanket brings a softness to the photo and compliments the puppy/baby connection.

#2 puts me off because he has his eyes closed and his paws are cropped out.

#3 is a good photo, but part of him is cropped off. I would also like to see more of his left eye.

#4 should be cropped as a portrait shot vs. a landscape shot. There is too much space on either side. (But, maybe if it was cropped off more on the left it might appear the weight of the void on the right is pulling him towards the right. There could be some balance there? And, if this was done, this could be a good advertisement photo with the script on the right.)

Anyway, just some thoughts. #1 could be framed and hung in my house if that was my puppy.

Good job!

I like # 1 the best as well. Love a dog that will sit and let you photograph him. My pom wont sit still long enough.

Nice work.

Heh. Here I was wondering why a post entitled "My Son" was in the Pets forum. I should have seen that coming!

Here's another vote for #1. I like #4 the best, but would crop it with Sonny on the left side of the frame (keeping it landscape). I'd actually be tempted to put something small in that space, such as a bone or chew toy.

I like 1,3,4 the best....2 is cute, you know that sexy dog look. but, the croped feet is the deal-breaker. .

How long will your dog pose for you before finding something else to do ?
