This was taken overlooking the White River in Batesville Arkansas.

I love the artistic feel of the picture, but it looks like everything is leaning to the right or that the camera wasn't level (even the horizon seems to be sliding off of the right side of the picture). That'd be the only thing that I would change personally.

Other than that, great shot!

I don't know what the scene originally looked like, but I think it would have likely been more interesting to see the broad expanse out there in focus and the telescope out of focus.

Batesville's not much to look at. <G>

Actually, I just didn't think of that shot when I took this one. I'll give it a shot the next time I'm up in the area. I grew up there, but really avoid the area unless I have to go back for a funeral or some other mandated reason.
