Not much seems to be happening in the photo. It has some interesting colors but really no special point of interest. If you could locate that special point of interest at the scene and then capture it with that sky behind it, then perhaps it would work out better. Certainly sky shots like this can be good shots to keep for possible composite work in the future. Also the white line across the center area is distracting.
Here is a very bad photograph I took from a moving car, but it had such an unsual point of special interest that I shot it anyway. I always wished I could have had time at the scene to scope out the best place to shoot, etc.
