Default Which one?

I am trying to finalize my edits on this picture, and can't decide what version to go with:

1.

2.

Also, any critique on the image itself is appreciated.

First one is a little better in my opinion.

Clone out the boats in the background.

I agree, 1 is a little better. If you clone out the boats, get the few little puddles in front of her too. They're a little distracting. (I'd prefer them gone before the ship)

I disagree with the others. I think 2 is the better, however, I dont like either of them. I have pointed out a few areas of the shot that really bother me. These areas make the shot very not flattering to the person in them.

#2 is considerably darker, with more of a vignette effect.

I don't like anything about these shots either. I can't tell anything about the person being photographed. Is a hot nubile young babe, or is an an old (and overweight) grandmother? Don't know. Can't tell.

And what's with the sunburst in the crotch area?

ffppro, I've seen much better photos from you in the past. I'd toss these as an experiment gone wrong.

Sugestion,
Even After 40 Years In this Business I Still Bounce My Ideas off of Experenced Designers And Advertising A.E.s Of all Ages.I'm Always Learning,And Always Correcting Mistakes.I Think This One Needs To Go Back To The Design Stage.
I Dont Think That Your Model Wants To Go Down In History As The Unknown Ink Blot With a Star Burst Between Her Legs.
I'm Sure There's A Good Story To Be Told Here,But It Needs To Be Redesigned.
