Her expresssion looks scared to me... The only other things that jumps out at me is that her left breast looks deformed. It is probably the way the light is falling on it but it doesnt look right... And her hand in the lower right part of the image is distracting. On her right arm the crop below the elbow may be pointed out by some, but it doesnt bother me too much in this shot.

Thank you for posting your image.

The one item that caught my attention is that I can see the intricate detail in her bra but not on her person. The lace on her bra seems sharp and clear. Her skin, however, seems much smoother. If I contrast her bra with her lips and eyes, her bra is sharper, more defined. In my view, bra is dominating the picture, too much so.

I Agree,Also That Position Makes Her Lower Jaw look Heavy And Puffy.Did You Do Other Angles?Other poses?
As A Personal Rule I Like To Shoot Some Shots On A Higher Angle,With The Model In A Vertical Position. This Always Makes The EYES Look Larger.Women love The Fact That There Eyes Look Larger.I Also Use Optics That Give A Good Nose To Face Relationship.150mm to 250mm On A Close shot like this One.Streching Out The Chin will Make It Look Less Puffy,But Not Too Far That It Looks Awkward.
Great looking Model!

I like it, but I think a few tweaks are needed, as others have said..

I would add, the right hand could be resting on the belly to have a natural frame on the left. and the left hand,.. maybe her fingers could be under the Bra Strap in a teasing way..OR, Her hair could be placed over her collar bone to hide the sharp outline.

Your lighting is good and the model has incredible eyes that you nailed with your focus. I like the angle of the shot -- and agree with Scott, the crop just below the elbow works for this.

I do not like the pose and expression as to me, they make her look lifeless. I also believe the upper right of the shot was selectively blurred...or perhaps other areas were selectively sharpened? Hair on the right side of her head is very far out of focus compared to other things in the photo at the same depth.

I love it. I also agree with the other posters, but the lighting is great, I need to break out my shop lights :-)
