Default Anne of Ohio

I had some spare time on my hands so I did some tweaking on this image. What do you think?

What did it look like before the tweak? Seeing the before photo makes it easier to comment on the after photo.

Example of after and before shot

Cheers,

I like the pose.."This Boxer doesn't fool around" look..
My only Critic...maybe open up the eyes a bit with the dodging tool.. THAT is the point of impack and emotion for me.
Nicely done.

I like it better then the original for sure... I dont think I would work the eyes anymore. I think if you it will not look natural. It is a dark moody image and I think we see enough of the eyes to work with that.

Nice job

Good adjustment. I'd suggest dropping the brightness on the tape to reduce its pull. Right now, that's a pretty bright spot and attracts attention for it. Her look fits the mood of your shot perfectly! Title it, "Coming Home Late!"

I personally would like a little separation from the background on a shot like this. I think that would actually accentuate the mood.
Cheers,
rfs

Thanks for the comments and suggestions. Chuck, I'll go back and reduce the brightness of the tape. r_fredrick_smith, while I'm at it I'll work on the separation of the background from the subject.

I love it, seeing the before and after really brings home your retouching skills. Love the intense look and feel of the picture.
