I was test shooting some models, when my friend called her just to hop in and say hello. Well, this is the best I can do in a hotel room for a test shot.

Hotel rooms can be trick. The harsh sahadow on the wall is the first thing I notice. I am guessing that there wasnt room to move her away from the wall a bit? The back of her hand is looking pretty big. Remember to turn the hands so we see the side of them when possible. It also looks a little soft to me but then again I am not very awake yet so I will look at it again later.

Overall...very sexy and a beautiful woman!

I agree with RSStory, the photo is a little soft on my monitor. I would not have cropped her elbow. The color of the door is a good match for her. I like the pose and your composition with her at the door. It tells a story and isn't just her with a flat backdrop.

If I had your opportunity, I would have made the attempt also.

Hi, When you put All Of The model's Weight On Her Front Leg,It Will Always Make It look Heavy,Try Using The soft Window Light. It Works In About Any Hotel.

Also When You Show The Back of A Models Hand In This Position It Looks Masculine,Try Showing the Side Of The Hand Instead.I'm Going To Post A Series Of Hand Examples In The Future.

Smile Re: Samantha - A test shot

I like the pose..except the left hand..Maybe having her raise it behind here head and folded around her head...See my Example..(Only PP..No Gaussian blur on skin)

I should have had the arm tight, to avoid cutting off the elbow. That's why no further Post was done. But you see the idea...

Very sexy pose...

By cloneing you might want to extend the door all the way to the edge of the image. A solid background that extends all the way across the image will look better.
