The hands are very important in a glamour shot. In your shot the hands seem awkwardly placed and a bit distorted. I'm not sure whether she's in a boxing pose, or what, but it doesn't work very well. The cropping is off. In a shot like this there should probably be more space on the left rather than the right (usually want the subject seeming to be moving into a space, not out of it). Shadows are a little harse on the breasts and almost look like a bruise. Have to be careful with shadows and their effect.
