Yet another beautiful model? Since your photography is better than mine I can only offer my opinion. The shadows behind the legs is dark and her leg definition is lost. I think some backlighting on her hair to give it better separation from the tree would have helped also. And since I am being picky, she looks like she lost a finger.

You already mentioned in the title that the surf board seems out of place.

I Like Every Thing Except The Strong Shadows.One At Edge Of The Face.One At The Leg.These Could Be Corrected In Photo Shop.As Far As The Hair,I Some Times ad A Warm Incondesent Just Off To the One side Of The Camera.Sort Of looks like Sunlight Peeking In.Looks good With Dark Or Light Hair.If Your Out Doors,No Outlet,I Even Painted It In With A Flashlight Once.Works Well With Digital.You Will Have To Meter It Seperatly.

using a diffuser could help to have a better image
