I seem to know everyone here... [grin]

Why not an opinion or two on this one?

A little to much dead space at the top of the photo. Why not crop it and make the image square?

Cool concept!

I like the concept but have to agree with Steve on the space at the top.

I also like the concept great Idea
So here is a small CC for you, I will post one of mine later and you can roast me a little.
The Shadows on the models face from the light coming through her hair is a little distracting. The Wardrobe in the lower right corner seems to stop and go to skin, that may be just the costume but I just notice these things.

The thing I noticed most was that the girl holding the other girl doesn't appear to have her eyes open. I think if a small person was standing on my hands, that I would be looking at that person (you don't see a miniature person in your hands everyday).

Cheers,
rfs

Thanks for the replies !!

She is a belly dancer so yes that is flesh in the lower right.

I always shoot for print and forget square is a valid size now (the photo is formatted 8x12) I agree square would look better.

Her eyes do look closed I think I've another shot thats better.

funny thing.. I read the top of this forum.. and this isnt the right one for critiques.

"General Photography General film and digital photography discussions. Do not post images here for critiques! No nudity allowed!"

just my 4 cents worth.. but I like the images and agree with the others about the dead space on the top.

For what its worth, I posted the image because RG believes you should post an image when you post a comment. I wasn't asking for comments but am always glad to get them.

this is the modified version, which I may have posted on another thread.

I wasnt really complaining, but when asking for "opinions", that is kind of like asking for a critique or a comment.

you did say: "Why not an opinion or two on this one?" And obviously Rolando and/or the moderators have let it stay here and not moved it.. I liked the image.. and like the second one more.

just my opinion.

Andrew
