See this thread on G1: RFS passes - Glamour 1™ Putting the Glamour Back in Photography!

I am shocked to here that Roger has passed away. I have been catching up with the last couple of weeks of posts and only learned of his illness today on G1. I will personnally miss his tutorials and his contributions to G1 & Shot Critic. I have learned so much from Roger. He was always willing to help and answer our questions in great detail.
He will be greatly miss by our community.

My condolances to all his friends and family.
Claudio

Sorry to hear. While I never met Roger, I enjoyed his posts. There wasn't a more helpful person around! He'll be missed. My thoughts go out to his family and friends.

I just got in from the Atlanta Mansion shoot. My condolences to all that new him and his family. He was always one heck of a photographer contributing more than most people ever knew, behind the scenes as well as in front. He'll be sorely missed. God Bless to him, his family and friends. rg

Wow! I havent been around much the last few weeks but I hadnt heard about his passing. I hope his family is doing ok. I imagine that right about now he is shooting with ms Monroe and doing a bang up job at it.

There are a few people that know that Roger and I reallly didnt see eye to eye on alot of things and had some very heated debates to the point that one or both of us threatened to leave this site if the other didnt. I am glad that we got all that cleared up before he passed. Even in our most heated times I think that we always repected each others work and knowledge although he was always better at doing the tutorials. I wish we had had the opportunity to meet in person before he died.

Scott

I just heard about this today. I am saddened deeply at his passing. He and I shard two passions, we are both Magicians, and photographers. Many times we would post comments to each other that referred to some magic trick or parlance that most would not know or understand.

He taught me alot about things in Photoshop, and his posts here and on ShotCritic were always informative.

I never had the honor of meeting him in person, but we had spoken often online thru our postings and emails.

I know that the world will miss him..
