Try again...It was while ago I did the Iris's, So I tried again..I used the Colored Pencil effect under (Effects/Art Media Effects/Colored Pencil/Edge) IN PSP 10...PS should have a similar effect too. This one has more texture. And less Saturation too. Used a higher ISO and a different Camera.

Settings: Detail= 75, Opacity = 35 (default is Detail = 90, Opacity = 50)
