Default Wedding Bouquets

Here are a couple shots I did at weddings last year of the bouquets.

Nice.. you could place the rings on the tight flowers that would be pretty.. I saw you entry to the slide show that was nice too. I have some roses my daughter gave me for valentines day in my album here (shutterbug), it came out pretty soft but I like it.

I guess I would wonder what distinguishes one bouquet from the other (or are they from the same bouquet?) For that matter, what distinguishes these wedding bouquets from, say, seashell's Valentines roses or another occasion's flowers? They're fine images, though something to lend each a bit of distinction might somehow make them stronger. Perhaps the bride's hands (even with the ring on) included might more clearly say it's a wedding bouquet....just an idea...you probably have more imagination than I do about that!

Thanks for posting them.

Nothing about them says they are from a wedding. They are just flowers that I thought looked cool and I shot them to use as a background in the couples album. I shoot the hands on the flowers and rings on the flowers as well but these are just flowers.

Thanks for the comments.

Now that you mentioned them that they were to be used as a background makes more sense. I can see that better, than trying to subject them to be from a wedding. Sometimes mentioning the intial intentions of the subject removes doubts added by the critics looking for more than we should.

Very nice shoots.

Gotcha. And they are very cool looking, too. I bet they made great backgrounds for the album pages!

If nothing about them says they are from a wedding, then why the title,
wedding bouquets?
