Question What is this tree?

What kind of tree is this? I can tell you that is was photographed in a smaller town outside of London (Maidenhead)?

Initially I thought Juniper but I have no idea.. the suggestion of Monkey is probably as close a guess as any. I went to school for horticulture and without being able to see the tree and its habits in person I couldnt make a positive identification. Chile has three hardiness zones while London is zoned at 9.. good luck
