Default *#$%'n Fast

I went to Choke Canyon State Park this weekend to shoot some Gators.
I ended up finding quite a bit of other things to shoot.

I didn't appreciate the High speed shutter release of the 40D
until I tried to get some shots of Humming Birds. Those buggers
are fast.

Awesome shot. The only thing is that it looks a bit noisy to me. What was your ISO at?

I had it at ISO 100, but it's a crop. I should have done some sharpening.

Realizing that these birds move quickly, you've captured a well balanced hoovering bird gathering nectar...

I would crop it tight, and apply a guassian blur to the BG....then frame it...

The wings are an added bonus "not being sharp", adding to the dyanamics
