I can't get in th VIP Lounge?

I was able to a week ago. I hve tried the past coule of days and have not been able to enter. Is this an issue with the server move or has access changed?

Try it now. I've tested with a "test" VIP user, works fine. I've check your profile, should work. If it doesn't can you be more specific what you see don't see how far you get in, etc.? Thanks, rg sends!

Yeah, i donated about 5 days ago and i will cannot get into the VIP area.

I was ready to really start my monthly contribution to the board. Be happening now since the initial donation i made did not put me at the status i needed to be.

I guess the system is broke, and not really functioning the way it should be. When it is ready and working i will make my donation again.

There is nothing in the VIP lounge anyway. I thought it was a private site but as it turned out, if you post something there it shows up for everyone to see anyway. I was slightly chagrinned when I posted something I thought was only visible to paying members when it showed up for everyone to read. (It was not anything really bad...but I thought it inappropriate for everyone.)

Anyway, there were promises for future enhancements, etc. But looking at the site traffic, it appears this site is not going to survive.

If you want to pay because of the reward you receive from participating in the community, then please do so. But there is no exclusive site for paying members at this time.

Well thanks for the info Soupman.

I don't think this site is really going away, or dieing as some would think. It is brand new, and has a long way to go before it makes it. Look i have been running usphotoforums.com for a little over a year, and i figure it is going to take it at least 3 years to really get going.

Forums normally take 3 to 5 years to really start seeing the change, and the growth. It is not an over night thing. I strongly think this one will flourish. It will just take some time, and over all patience from it's current and future members.

Just hang around, and enjoy what you see already. Then watch it grow. Remember if you hang around, you will be one of the original pioneer charter members around. And that alone is a great benefit.
