Errors from After the move???

Ok.. great move last night... but I think there are a few issues...

1. I have options set for "oldest post first" in the forums.. and my reply show up first not the original post.

2. Time on the upper right corner shows:
"You last visited: 03-19-2008 at 06:57 PM" OK>>>> Fixed??? I think.. lol

whereas I posted at:
"Today 05:25 AM by A.C. Gellert"
And I do have the time set for local time and the "posting" time is correct on my message.

*EDIT* After logging out again and coming back.. I now get this for last log in:



3. When I clicked on a users name on a Thread, in the list of threads in a forum, it said:

"This user has not registered and therefore does not have a profile to view."

It was RFS' Thread.. so I know that it was wrong.

4. After posting a reply to a thread.. I clicked on "Post Quick Reply" and nothing happened.. but upon opening another tab, and going to the thread my post was there.

*EDIT* I now get a blank screen or nothing seeming to happen when I submit edits... Fixed...



ok.. going to go look for more errors...

5. a couple of posts missing from a thread... mine and I think one more reply are missing from a thread.

I'm getting some kerwonkee postings myself like I posted after someone but now it shows before them.. I think its just a matter of time to transfer all the information. I also posted last night after I got notices in my inbox that folks were posting. They are gone poof.. It will be wierd if they show back up.
I keep getting that I'm posting duplicate posts yet my post box remains. Not redirecting?
But faster loading of images.

I think the search is messed up...like you say I get weird ordered results for "new" searches and my own posts don't even show up frequently.

Also, the Log Out link results in a popup that just says "undefined".

It's getting better, we know we got some bugs but give it time, even with a small site like this, going from a shared server to migration of a larger server with these programs and better software involves some serious work and reconfiguration--that's why we took the plunge now while the site is smaller. Thanks for your patience, rg sends!

I'm seeing lots of issues, but at this point I think its best to wait a few days, and see how many of them go away on their own as things get settled. Then I plan to make a pass through the system and note all of the problem areas I see. But I think waiting till this coming Monday for that will be soon enough.

I had posted something to the effect of...

"I remember this and the answers from the old GG site, and will not post any answers .. as I have seen the answers before..."


or something to that effect. (I dont remember the EXACT words I posted.)

no biggy.. might have even been because of the move..
