Problem replying to a post

I tried to reply to RSStory's "Dominie" on the "Post Your Best" area and received the following message:

"soupman, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation. "

Probably something is not on for me?

Your not supposed to reply in that section try going to his photo album and reply directly to the photo. That section is for posting your best photo and it now shows on your home page in the slide show.
Here is what Rolando posted in the read first thread:
NOTE: Do not post under this thread! You must post as a "new thread" of your own. No subposting! The system only pulls the image off the initial post!

Correct. That forum is designed only to allow you to make your own initial thread and will not allow replies under your thread. It's a required forum as the slide show has to pull images from the attachments. You can however post more than one thread, but do this only if you have an image you want displayed on the front page. If someone wants to comment on your post, they simply have to comment on your image. Thanks, rg sends!

Thanks...I guess it confsed me when there was a button for REPLY under the photo. I will disregard it in the future.
