I'd recommend cloning out the rod at the top -- that's an easy fix. But what the hell happened at her heel? Looks like a cloning accident? Her other foot looks broken too. Weird stuff!

I was going to say...those feet look fine to me. I like the light gradient on the floor, too...gives it good dimensionality/depth. Nice work.
