I am drawn to her thumb... It is just a weird position or something. Other then that I like it. nice job

I think the thumb stands out because its a different color than all the other skin. That makes it look odd. Nice PS work.
Cheers,

Her hair blends into the background of the moon.. there is a black on black thread (tutorial)around here somewhere.

Thumbs up Re: Newest edit, the sorceress

Very nice. I love the eyes...Goth look....

The Framing is perfect....
That thumb...Ya. all have said a word or two...Here's mine . The color is off. Like it was hit with a hammer. Plus, maybe show a bit more wrist to help balance THE thumb...

Thumbs Up....

Fun shot. In addition to the thumb coloration, I'll add 2 other thoughts. Her real right (our left) iris is "peeking" out from behind her new one. The lightning looks flat. Perhaps some clouds would perk it up.

I always enjoy your creative take on things, Bob. Thanks for posting!

I love the pose except for the thumb. I'd like to see it with a bit more shadows to make it moodier. I think it would fit the gothic theme well.

Thanks for the comments!! Her thumb wasn't an issue, but it is now. [grin] If I change the shot I'll push her sleve up a bit and remove her thumb completely where it will look like its behind her fingers. I've got a session scheduled in the studio with her for some "ready to edit" shots along the same line. She has promissed to impress me with her "sorceress" wardrobe.

there is ever so slight, but seperation between her hair and the moon, seems to have gotten lost between compressing and posting.

FYI:
Moon was the eclipse we had a few weeks ago.
Lightning from Kai's power tools
I actually used clouds to make the moon look better, but put the lightning layer in front. [shrug]

Eye's were created using the oval selection tool and lots of tedious cloning.
