Very interesting views. I like them. I think #2 works best because its less centered and a greater geometric impact.

Cool Re: Eifel Tower

Reminds me of a Sherlock Holmes episode. One of few shot away from the studio on location.
Both are good views.

Can one still climb the stairs to the top deck?

I know you can take stairs to the 1st deck, and I am pretty sure you can take stairs to the 2nd deck, but I think (but am not sure) that they no longer allow you to climb the stairs to the top.
