While I can tell the top image is fashion and the bottom is glamour, I must agree, the background is way too busy. In fashion, you're selling the clothes or product, in glamour, your subject is all that matters and the clothes and background/foreground should accentuate the model.
I see this wrought iron fence and don't see why it would be blocking a double doorway, especially when one door is open. Not to mention, on the open door, I see what appears to be a military style camo net, not sure why you would have a net on side of an open door and an iron gate in the front of it. Both images should tell a story, not sure what purpose in the stories the doors have with the net and iron. Perhaps if the background was the great outdoors or something, but not a double doorway. Not sure how that would serve a "female" audience as you put it.
On your lighting, you have lighting creating shadows on the floor, in the direction of the open door which appears to have light coming in, hence the shadows would be backwards. In your first photo, the curtain, camera right, follows her arm, creating one background inside the triangle formed by her arm and another background outside the arm that doesn't match. Again, I don't see how it can be sold to a female audience as you state.
Finally, some words of wisdom, printed words sound harsher than spoken words, so take critiques as constructive, not destructive, as the image should stand for itself, not have to be defended. Beautiful model I might add. Thanks for sharing, rg sends!
