OK. I tried saving for the "Save for the Web and Devices..." option but the file is not recognized as a valid photo format. So I went back to "Save as" and kept the file size a litle bigger and then downloaded it. The result is better, but the colors are still not as rich as what I see in CS3. The strange thing is the original held its colors much better. Here is a second attempt at the After photo.
(And yes, the very old chair is dusty.
