I took this photo December 2007. The before shot is a jpeg I reduced in size only. The after is the camera RAW photo that I processed in CS3. I am learning CS3 from a book and just learned about the Camera Raw plug-in. I am impressed. It was so easy to do almost all the work in the Camera Raw plug-in.
As you can see in the original, the photo was dark and difficult to see.
After processing in Camera Raw, I was able to save the photo. (I also easily changed the color of her dress with only a slider. It was so easy.) I also trimmed her waist a little and tried to removed the seam in the middle of her dress.
The colors in CS3 look richer than here or when I print them. That is one frustration I am experiencing.
