I have noticed, that using a higher ISO to get a 1/320s or faster with f/8 or f/11 leads to sharper macros,....

Yours looks a tad soft...Plus, did you crop heavy on this one?? I have a thread here (Bee on Flower) that has two atemps. The Original Photo was at ISO 200 at 1/200s at 150mm f/6.3,,,My last post (3 photos, shot at ISO 400 and 1/400-500s at 150mm F/8 .And had a very tight crop..down to 1,100 x 850 just to fill the frame with subject...I noticed a great increase in sharpness on these.

What are the details of your photo ??
