You just scroll back up to the photo to look, then back down to make a comment. You can repeat as often as needed. There is no way for the software to directly allow what you are talking about. You can, however, do a "quote" of the original post, then each time you want to look at the photo, you click the Preview Post button, and it will show the photo and what you've typed. The other way is to open a second browser and navigate one browser to the photo and the other is where you type your post. Here is an example screen shot of the dual browser approach
